General Eugene Habiger, DOE Security Czar To Visit SRS

General Eugene Habiger (USAF Retired), the Department of Energy's Security Czar and Director of Security and Emergency Response, will visit the Savannah River Site (SRS) on Wednesday, February 2, 2000. Following his visit to SRS facilities and a first-hand look at security functions, Gen. Habiger will meet with media representatives. General Habiger will be available for comments at 4 p.m. Wednesday, in the SRS badging office in the Site's main administration area. Site badging procedures will not be required. Media parking should be available in the Vendor's Parking area.
